What's the difference between the Concierge and the Operator Program?+
The Concierge is for buying a car for yourself. We find it and handle everything. The Operator Program is for people who want to buy and resell cars as a business using our dealer infrastructure.
Do I have to be a veteran?+
No. VAA is veteran-founded and open to everyone.

Do I approve every bid on my vehicle?+
Yes. There's no blind bidding and no bid is placed without your approval. Every vehicle is reviewed for title, history, and market value first.
